Thoughts on 40+ years of Tarot

My go-to’s: Part 1 of way too many…

I can’t find my favorite deck. And I lost my first deck to losing some cards, so I threw the deck out. I’m ordering a new copy of both.

I have a few decks that I return to again and again. This one I put away for about a year. Suddenly, for this season, I pulled it out.

I love the watercolor theme. I like the animals chosen. The book is beautiful and detailed. Yes, spend the extra money for the deck and book.

This seems to be a more springtime deck, with its abstract colors, but something calls to me now to use it. Some of the cards (like The Moon above) are strictly Rider-Waite; some are very abstract (King of Cups above).

Its uncannily accurate. One reading I did came up the Six of Swords. I took it to mean that my ride was going to be very late. He was 3 hours late.

This deck is on my desk above me, so is with me daily.

Next week, I’ll go through how I handle my decks.
